NKT Land Buyers is a privately-held, real estate investment company that helps people who no longer want the headaches of property ownership. We buy vacant land throughout the United States.
We buy raw land throughout the United States. Although we do have certain investment criteria that must be met, we will consider properties of any size, shape and location.
After we have come to an agreement on purchase price, we send you a simple, one-page purchase agreement to sign. We can mail it to you for you to sign and mail back to us, or send it to you via email for electronic signature. Whichever you prefer.
Once we have received the signed purchase agreement, we open escrow with a title company or real estate attorney in the county in which the property is located and a title search is performed. Upon verification of clear title, a deed is prepared. All we need from you is a few signatures. We can even send a mobile notary to you so there is no travel required on your part!
Absolutely NOT! We take care of ALL costs and fees associated with the closing, including title fees, escrow fees, notary fees, and recording fees.
In many cases, we take care of paying all back taxes owed. Depending upon the amount owed, we may subtract the taxes owed from the offer or purchase price. Each situation is evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once the signed and notarized deed is received, funds are sent to you. Depending on your preference, we can either send you a check or wire funds to your bank account. All funds are handled by a third-party escrow agent so both parties in the transaction are protected.
Typically, we can close the transaction in 2-4 weeks. However, if you have a specific timeframe, let us know and, we will do our best to accommodate you.
